Services provided
Warranty on parts ruled as defective up until 90 days after the date service was purchased. Warranty only valid on part(s) replaced during original service. No warranty on water damaged devices. No refunds on water damage repair service due to the amount of labor iMonster Parts invests into the attempted repair of a device. iMonster Parts does not guarantee that a device is repairable. All sales are final unless an accessory or physical part(not repair) has been purchased(no refunds for repair services). Refund must be requested within 7 days of purchase date. Refund will be issued once item is received back at iMonster Parts. No refunds on repair services purchased and rendered.
Services that are purchased, and un-used, after 90 days, will not receive a refund. Store credit is to the descretion of iMonster Parts.
iMonster Parts terms of service/repair
Purchaser of service will truthfully and to the best of his/her own knowledge select the most appropriate repair. iMonster Parts will do a full inspection on the phone prior to repair being completed. If other problems are found with the phone, iMonster Parts will contact the owner immediately before completing repairs.
If you send iMonster Parts a phone that is beyond repair, we will contact you. If you do not truthfully select the right repair(to your best knowledge), we reserve the right to refuse service and return your phone.
iMonster Parts does guarantee that we reuse or replace any screen protectors or skins that may come originally on the device. They may be subject to removal and discarding if need be during repair. iMonster Parts is not responsible for cases or boxes received. Please do not send them.
If your water damaged phone can not be repaired satisfactorily, customer will have the option to receive a the phone back, or sell the phone to iMonster Parts. If your phone has water damage, no warranty will be given on any repair. iMonster Parts retains the right to refuse any repair.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a iMonster Parts product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, iMonster Parts reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. iMonster Parts reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, iMonster Parts shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by iMonster Parts without notice at any time, for any reason. Abandonded devices
In the event that a device is left at our repair facility with no response from customer for 90 days, device becomes property of iMonster Parts.
Sending in of a device
Please only send in the device. No box or accessories. iMonster Parts is not responsible for accessories or boxes that are sent in. Do not disassemble the device you are sending in. If you send in a device in pieces, iMonster Parts is not responsible for lost or missing parts due to dissassembly of a device that is shipped to us.
Parts warranty
Parts are tested prior to shipping out. They leave here working. They only carry a 90 day warranty if, and only if, the part has not been installed by the customer. Once part has been installed, there is no warranty.
