There’s no need to make a reservation to see one of our Service Technicians. Simply fill down our Service Centre request form and we’ll book it in for you on the spot. We diagnose most hardware related issues on the spot, but we do offer a Priority Service option to beat the queue and get your Mac diagnosed and back in your hands as quick as possible.
Before you bring down your machine, we recommend backing up your data. We can assist you with this if you prefer, and we can supply an external storage device if you do not already own one.
